    Who I help as clients

    I offer individual psychology sessions for adults (18 years and older) for a range of mental health issues, including trauma (PTSD, complex trauma, dissociation), depression, anxiety, addiction, stress and burnout, eating issues and body image concerns, bipolar disorder, significant life changes, grief and loss, and work-related challenges.

    Treatment modalities

    I offer comprehensive support founded in evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Prolonged Exposure, and Cognitive Processing Therapy.

    Professional supervision

    I am a board approved supervisor, with a focus on trauma-informed practice. I offer general supervision for registered psychologists, supervision for provisional psychologists, and supervision for the Registrar Program (Counselling Psychology).

    Appointment hours span Fridays (9am-4pm) and Saturday mornings (9am-12pm).

    I practice from a home office in Chermside West, Brisbane (QLD 4032). Parking is available, and the location is a 5-minute drive from Chermside Shopping Centre, with easy access to bus routes (e.g. Route 345).
